Client Hosted XML Direct DLL Solution
Ernst XML DLL Service enables clients to remotely host third party fees including data and algorithmic logic for calculating those fees remotely on their servers. Our easy to use program is updated daily by accessing a secure password protected URL. As we update our data or calculation algorithms, a new set of DLLs will be provided to you to assure your data maintains parity with the Ernst system. This is ideal for large processors who prefer to maintain programs internally.
Custom Fee Engine
We build Custom Fee Engines to manage all third party vendor fees that are required on the GFE and HUD 1 through a proprietary software solution. Our Custom Fee Engine is housed on your local servers in a DLL. The data can be managed and maintained by you with access to your own unique set of data and algorithms. The solution is ultimately accessed through customized XML schemas enabling you to integrate any negotiated third party vendor fee into your GFE with a single request and response in less than a second.
Monitoring Service
Ernst’s Monitoring Service alerts our clients to any change in a third party vendor fee on the GFE that can create a change circumstance, such as transfer taxes that have a 0% tolerance. Ernst can maintain the details of all transactions processed through our GFE calculators for the duration of GFE to closing. Should a fee or calculation change during that time, you will be notified based on your specific requirements, and you will receive the fully calculated revised amounts so that you can update your GFE and be compliant at closing.
